1. Appointments & Deposits

  • All treatments must be booked in advance.

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations or missed appointments.

  • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten or reschedule your treatment. Deposits may not be refunded.

2. Age & Consent

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to receive treatments (unless otherwise specified and with written parental/guardian consent).

  • Proof of age may be required before treatment.

  • You must sign a consent form before undergoing any procedure.

3. Medical Disclosure & Suitability

  • You must provide accurate and complete medical information before treatment, including any conditions, allergies, or medications.

  • Sigma Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

  • Some treatments may require a consultation or patch test before proceeding.

4. Payments, Packages & Refunds

  • Payments are due at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed.

  • Packages or courses must be paid in full upfront.

  • Refunds are not issued for completed treatments.

  • If you do not complete a prepaid package, discretionary credit may be applied towards alternative services.

  • Gift vouchers and promotional offers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and subject to expiry dates stated at purchase.

  • Retail products may only be refunded if unopened, unused, and returned within 14 days.

5. Results Disclaimer

  • Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Photographs, testimonials, and case studies are for illustration only.

  • Results depend on individual factors and adherence to aftercare instructions.

  • Sigma Clinic is not liable if results are unsatisfactory due to failure to follow aftercare guidance.

  • If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please notify us in writing within 7 days of your appointment.

  • Complaints will be acknowledged within a reasonable timeframe and handled in line with our internal complaints procedure.

  • Sigma Clinic is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes to Terms

  • Sigma Clinic may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

  • The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your treatment.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
